Orders
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched you will receive an SMS and email notification with your tracking link. You can also view live status anytime under your Account > Orders page.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order before dispatch. Please reach out to customer support via email or WhatsApp with your order number.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders above ₹1,499 across India. For orders below ₹1,499, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 is applied at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Metro deliveries typically arrive in 3-5 business days; rest of India within 4-7 business days.
Returns
What is the return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging intact.
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account and click "Request Return" on the order details page, or email support@stylones.com with your order number and photo of the product.
Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Refer to the detailed Size Chart modal on any product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for structured denim or choosing your true size for stretch fits.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, NetBanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
