The Product warranty is only applicable to the first purchaser of the products and is non-transferable.
The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product depending upon the product category.
Warranty services of the product can only be availed by presenting a valid proof of purchase by the customers.
Warranty applies only for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions as mentioned in the manual and the purpose for which the product was designed.
Warranty coverage shall only be limited to provide repairs and solutions to the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be fulfilled with an equivalent performance device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
We shall not cover any claim or compensation for inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, any personal and/or commercial loss, compensation for mental agony, anxiety, etc.
We will make every effort to carry out repair/replace at the earliest to its customers, in cases of delays due to uncontrollable scenarios, we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.
Warranty is not applicable for the following instances:
If the product is not used/handled as per the manual comes with the product at the time of purchase.
If the products presented for warranty support are more than the warranty time span mentioned above from the date of purchase mentioned in the proof of purchase. For certain product categories, support services shall be provided on the chargeable basis as out-of-warranty cases
If there is any damage to the product due to customer abuse, repair by unauthorized persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, liquid spillage of any kind on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, waterlogging in the product,
