How it works
- Log in and open the order in your account, or contact customer care with your order number.
- Pick the items and reason (size exchange / style change / damaged or wrong item).
- Get approval within 24–48 hours.
- Send back the item(s) in original condition with tags.
- Refund or exchange processed after quality inspection.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your STYLONES jeans. If the fit or style isn't completely perfect, we gladly offer reverse pickups and replacements or refunds under the following guidelines:
- 7-Day Window: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of order delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all brand tags, barcodes, and labels intact.
- Size Exchanges: First size exchange is 100% free with doorstep reverse pickup arranged by us.
- Refund Processing: For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original source within 3–5 business days after quality verification at our fulfillment hub. For COD orders, refund is transferred directly to your bank account / UPI ID.
